Monopoly GO Joins Forces with Star Wars for Summer Podracing and Lightsaber Fun!

Monopoly GO! is set to launch into hyperspace with its latest event, following its successful Marvel collaboration last year. The Monopoly GO x Star Wars crossover is poised to be one of the most significant collaborations Scopely has undertaken to date.

When Is the Monopoly GO x Star Wars Collab?

The event is scheduled to begin on May 1st and will continue until July 2nd. The narrative unfolds with PEG-E, the beloved Monopoly GO robot, immersing herself in a Star Wars movie in Mr. M’s private cinema. Her fascination leads to a dream where she and her friends are transported into the Star Wars galaxy, shifting the focus from properties and hotels to the epic battle between Jedi and Sith, and the eternal struggle between the light and dark sides of the Force.

During the Monopoly GO x Star Wars event, players will have the opportunity to collect a new Star Wars GO! sticker album. This album unfolds like a comic book, reimagining parts of the Star Wars universe through PEG-E’s creative lens. The stickers feature iconic characters such as R2-D2, C-3PO, BB-8, Yoda, Mace Windu, Luke Skywalker, Rey Skywalker, Darth Vader, Kylo Ren, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewbacca, Grogu, Qui-Gon Jinn, and the Mandalorian.

In addition, the traditional Monopoly GO events will be transformed to align with the Star Wars theme. Expect mini-games set in iconic locations like Tatooine and the Mos Espa Grand Arena. Fans might even see Qui-Gon and Mr. M engaging in some thrilling podracing action.
