To initiate the Master Schindel’s Toys quest, you need to be on the Into the Underworld main mission. Your objective is to find an informant named Goatskin. Begin by visiting the bathhouse and speak with the Bathhouse Madam, followed by Adam. Adam will reveal that Goatskin is responsible for stealing items from Master Schindel.

Next, you'll need to locate Goatskin, who is quite elusive. You can either talk to Lousy Mary or follow Udo. I suggest speaking with Udo, a customer who frequents the first floor of the bathhouse in the evening. Tell him to leave, then follow him discreetly. Goatskin will attempt to rob Udo in an alley, providing you the opportunity to confront him.

In addition to gathering information about Liechtenstein, you can obtain a map from Goatskin. If you fail the skill check, you'll need to bribe him. Goatskin will direct you to the Kuttenberg gallows on the southeastern side of the city, where you'll find the Map of Kuttenberg Underground on a hanging corpse.

Retrieve the map and use it to navigate the underground area, which is notoriously difficult and easy to get lost in.

How to Find the Stolen Items in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

To quickly find the stolen items and complete the quest, head to the northern entrance of the open area. Descend the ladder into the Kuttenberg Underground, ensuring you have a torch as it's pitch black down there.

Navigate by consistently turning left until you reach a barrel at a dead end. At one point, you'll need to jump down to a lower level. Continue making left turns at junctions until you discover Goatskin’s hidden stash. Inspect the barrel to retrieve a book and an astrolabe.

Return to the surface using the same route. Master Schindel is typically found on the northeastern side of the city during the day. Speak with him to finish the quest. Initially, he may be irritable, but returning his items will soften his demeanor. Further conversation will allow him to explain the astrolabe and planetary mechanics.
