Hearthstone Is Dropping Its Biggest Mini-Set with Heroes of StarCraft

Hearthstone is about to unleash The Great Dark Beyond Mini-Set: Heroes of StarCraft! Iconic StarCraft factions are invading, bringing a wave of new quests and challenges starting January 21st.

The Biggest Mini-Set Yet!

Forget the usual 38 cards; this Mini-Set boasts a massive 49! That's 4 Legendary cards, 1 Epic, 20 Rares, and 24 Commons—making it Hearthstone's largest Mini-Set ever. And it's not just about quantity; this expansion offers incredible variety.

Each StarCraft faction contributes 5 multi-class cards, with the standout neutral card, Grunty, adding a unique twist.

You can acquire The Great Dark Beyond Heroes of StarCraft Mini-Set by opening Hearthstone packs or unlock the complete 94-card set directly. The standard Mini-Set costs 2500 Gold, while the all-Golden version is available for 12,000 Gold.

Hearthstone Showcases the StarCraft Factions

The Zerg, led by Sarah Kerrigan, are all about overwhelming your opponent with swarms of minions. Their cards are designed for Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Hunter, and Warlock classes, perfect for players who enjoy generating token armies.

The Protoss, commanded by High Templar Artanis, focus on powerful, high-cost cards that become progressively cheaper, allowing for explosive turns. These cards are designed for Druid, Mage, Priest, and Rogue classes.

Finally, the Terran, with Jim Raynor at the helm, bring Starship synergies, letting you unleash multiple Starships per game.
