Following its transition to free-to-play in 2022, the game saw an impressive influx of 31 million new players, bringing the total to 85 million as of May 2024. And for those eagerly awaiting the next installment, there are currently no plans for The Sims 5—but the excitement around The Sims 4 remains undimmed.
