Alphadia III: KEMCO

Today marks the global release of Alphadia III on Android, a thrilling addition to the beloved series. Developed by EXE CREATE and published by KEMCO, the game initially launched in Japan last October and now brings its engaging narrative and gameplay to a worldwide audience.

What’s the Story in Alphadia III?

Set in the year 970 of the Alphadian calendar, Alphadia III plunges players into the climactic stages of the Energi War, a monumental conflict centered around the mysterious life force known as energi. The world is split into three dominant factions: the Schwarzschild Empire to the north, the Nordsheim Kingdom to the west, and the Luminea Alliance to the east, each vying for control.

Amidst escalating tensions, the story introduces us to Alfonso, a clone soldier whose life takes a dramatic turn upon receiving news of a fellow clone's death from a girl named Tarte. This pivotal moment sets Alfonso on a path that could change the course of the war and the world itself.

What’s the Gameplay Like?

Alphadia III retains the classic turn-based combat system, presented in a charming side-view pixel art style. The game introduces various systems to enhance the battle experience, including SP Skills, which accumulate during combat and can turn the tide of battle when used strategically.

Players can also utilize Arrays, which are tactical battle formations and strategies that unlock as you progress, allowing for diverse approaches to combat depending on the enemies faced. A unique feature is the Energi Crock, where players can deposit excess items. Over time, it generates Energi Elements that can be exchanged for equipment or other valuable items at shops.

Throughout the game, players will encounter various groups and factions, such as the peacekeeping alliance Deval and the elite military unit Rosenkreutz from Nordsheim. Additionally, different energi clone models add depth to the game's universe, with Nordsheim's Berger Series and Schwarzschild's Delta Series being notable examples.

Beyond the main storyline, Alphadia III offers a wealth of side content to explore. The game is optimized for controller use, ensuring a smooth gaming experience. You can purchase Alphadia III from the Google Play Store for $7.99, or opt for the freemium version, which includes ads.
