Wicked Genshin Impact bug allows you to deal terrible, terrible damage to bosses

Genshin Impact players eagerly awaiting the 5.4 update can currently exploit a surprising glitch to effortlessly defeat even the toughest bosses. This unexpected strategy utilizes the Hydro Traveler, a character often deemed weak, to achieve incredible results.

The exploit's mechanics are surprisingly straightforward. By strategically placing a large number of Xiao Lanterns (obtained during the Lantern Rite Festival) near a boss, and then activating the Hydro Traveler's Elemental Burst, players can dramatically reduce the boss's health. This occurs because the Elemental Burst's area-of-effect damage is significantly amplified when interacting with multiple objects. With a sufficient number of lanterns (hundreds, for instance), damage output can reach millions.

While this exploit is undoubtedly a temporary loophole, it currently provides a remarkably easy way to conquer challenging boss encounters. Expect this strategy to be patched in a future update.
