T’Nia Miller is reportedly joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe in a key role as Jocasta for the upcoming Disney+ series *Vision*. According to Deadline, Miller—who is widely recognized for her standout performances in *The Haunting of Bly Manor*, *The Fall of the House of Usher*, and *Foundation*—will portray one of the central characters opposite Paul Bettany’s Vision.
In the series, Jocasta is described as a cunning and powerful figure driven by revenge. Her character has deep roots in Marvel Comics, where she was originally created by Ultron to serve as his robotic bride. Although initially built using the uploaded consciousness of the Wasp, she ultimately turned against Ultron and allied herself with the Avengers to help defeat him.
This casting news follows recent reports from IGN that revealed the *WandaVision* spin-off is being developed by a team largely composed of veteran *Star Trek* writers and producers. The show, now quietly in development for over a year, is being led by Terry Matalas, who previously served as showrunner for *Star Trek: Picard*. Matalas will also reunite with several other experienced *Star Trek* collaborators for *Vision Quest*.
While Marvel has not officially released detailed plot points about the series, it is expected to explore the journey of White Vision following his departure at the end of *WandaVision*. As reported by Deadline, the story will follow Vision as he attempts to recover his memories and reclaim his sense of humanity. Filming reportedly began earlier this year, primarily at Pinewood Studios in London, with some location shooting also spotted in Scotland.
Interestingly, the series is also rumored to bring back James Spader as Ultron, a villain thought to have been permanently destroyed in *Avengers: Age of Ultron* (2015). Additionally, Raza, the terrorist character played by Faran Tahir in *Iron Man* (2008), is expected to make a reappearance, reigniting connections to the earliest days of the MCU.
*Vision Quest* is currently slated for a 2026 release on Disney+. If production timelines hold, it could arrive before *Avengers: Doomsday*, though likely after *Spider-Man: Brand New Day*. For fans eager to see the next chapter in Vision’s story, the wait is almost over.
