Unlock Pawmi & Alolan Vulpix in Pokémon Sleep

This year's Pokémon Sleep winter holiday event introduces two adorable Pokémon: Eevee in a Santa hat, Pawmi, and Alolan Vulpix! This exciting event, running the week of December 23rd, offers increased chances to catch these Pokémon and earn bonus Dream Shards. Shiny variants will also be available.

Pawmi and Alolan Vulpix Debut:

Pawmi and Alolan Vulpix arrive on December 23rd at 3 PM.

Catching Pawmi:

Pawmi, along with its evolutions Pawmo and Pawmot (Snoozing sleep type), will appear on Greengrass Isle, Snowdrop Tundra, and Old Gold Power Plant. A Snoozing sleep type (a common, light sleep) significantly increases your encounter chances. A Balanced sleep type also offers a possibility, but with lower odds. Remember, you can only study their sleep styles through wild encounters, though evolution uses Candies.

Catching Alolan Vulpix:

Alolan Vulpix and its evolution, Alolan Ninetails (Slumbering sleep type), are more elusive, appearing only on Snowdrop Tundra. Achieving a Slumbering sleep type (requiring a deep, 8-hour sleep) dramatically boosts your chances. While possible with a Balanced sleep type, the probability is lower.

Best Island for the Holiday Event:

To maximize your chances of catching both Pawmi and Alolan Vulpix, focus on Snowdrop Tundra. However, be aware of the island's higher team requirements; consider strengthening your Snowdrop team beforehand.
