Should you summon Makiatto in Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium? The answer is largely yes, but with some important caveats.
Why Makiatto is a Great Choice:
Makiatto remains a top-tier single-target DPS unit, even in the established CN server. Her exceptional damage output makes her a valuable asset to any team. While she benefits from manual control to maximize her effectiveness and isn't ideal for auto-battle, this is offset by her synergy with Suomi, a top-tier support character, as a Freeze-type unit. If you already have Suomi and are building a Freeze team, Makiatto is a must-have. She's also a strong addition as a second DPS unit, even outside of a dedicated Freeze team.
Reasons to Skip Makiatto:
However, if you've already secured a strong foundation through rerolling, obtaining Qiongjiu, Suomi, and Tololo, Makiatto might not offer a substantial upgrade. While Tololo's late-game DPS diminishes, potential future buffs in the CN version could improve her standing. With Qiongjiu and Tololo already providing strong DPS, and Sharkry supporting Qiongjiu, adding Makiatto might be redundant. Save your resources for future units like Vector and Klukay instead. Unless you urgently need a powerful DPS for a second team, particularly for challenging boss fights, Makiatto's value is diminished in this scenario.
In short, Makiatto is an excellent addition unless your roster already boasts a powerful core of Qiongjiu, Tololo, and Suomi. Consider your current team composition before making your decision. Check out The Escapist for more Girls' Frontline 2: Exilium guides and tips.
