Pokémon GO's New Year's Celebration: A Festive Extravaganza!

Get ready to celebrate the start of 2025 in Pokémon GO! The annual New Year's event returns, running from December 30th, 2024 to January 1st, 2025. This exciting event features themed bonuses, special Pokémon encounters, and plenty of ways to ring in the new year in style. Following the Community Day event (December 21st-22nd), this festive celebration offers a week of additional fun.

Raids are getting a festive makeover too! One-star raids will feature Pikachu in a snowflake beanie, while three-star raids offer encounters with party-hat-wearing Raticate and Wobbuffet. All three have boosted Shiny rates during the event.
