MGS: Delta Set to Drop in

Konami's developers have provided an update on the highly anticipated Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater remake. Producer Noriaki Okamura confirmed in a recent 4Gamer interview that the studio's top priority for 2025 is delivering a refined, high-quality game that meets fan expectations.

Okamura stated that the remake is currently playable from start to finish, with the remaining development time dedicated to polishing details and enhancing overall quality. While initial speculation suggested a 2024 release, the game is now officially slated for 2025. The remake will launch on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

The developers aim to faithfully recreate the spirit of the original Snake Eater while incorporating modern gameplay mechanics and significantly improved visuals. Okamura also hinted at the inclusion of new features designed to enhance the overall gaming experience.

Konami unveiled a captivating trailer for Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater in late September. The over two-minute trailer showcased key moments from the game, including dramatic action sequences, the main protagonist, antagonists, an airdrop sequence, and intense firefights.
