Genshin Impact's Upcoming 5-Star Character Roster: Leaks Reveal Exciting Details

Genshin Impact's Version 5.3 introduced Mavuika and Citlali, alongside the 4-star Lan Yan. But the excitement doesn't stop there! Recent leaks shed light on a wave of upcoming 5-star characters slated for Versions 5.4 through 5.7.

The spotlight is firmly on Mizuki, a highly anticipated 5-star Anemo catalyst user, predicted to debut in Version 5.4 around mid-February. This leak originates from the reliable Genshin Impact leaker, DK2, who revealed the order of upcoming 5-star character releases based on silhouettes shown at the end of the Version 5.3 Special Program. These silhouettes, hinting at characters arriving within the next six months, were confirmed by HoYoverse presenters. According to DK2, the characters will be released in Versions 5.7, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6, respectively, all boasting 5-star rarity.

Mizuki: Inazuma's New 5-Star Support

The leak strongly suggests that the character in the second silhouette (from the left) is Mizuki. This aligns with her appearance in the 5.4 beta testing phase. The beta's lack of other 5-star characters further supports the likelihood of Mizuki being the sole 5-star addition in Version 5.4.

Mizuki, an Inazuma native, is expected to be a support character, excelling with high Elemental Mastery. Beta gameplay showcases promising synergy with the recently released Pyro Archon, Mavuika. Assuming a first-banner appearance in 5.4, players can anticipate her arrival around mid-February. Her introduction might also signal a return to the Inazuma storyline, a common pattern for HoYoverse, revisiting nations four to five updates after their initial release.

The consistent influx of new characters, storylines, and regions underscores HoYoverse's commitment to keeping Genshin Impact engaging and fresh. Stay tuned for further updates and official announcements!
