The first floor of the Eternal Holy City Okhema is packed with the highest number of treasure chests. Let's start our journey from the northern side of the bath area, where you first meet Aglaea.
- Go behind the elevator on the northern side of the bath area to find your first treasure chest.
- Near the Janus’ Steed shop, locate a chest behind a broken pillar.
- Look for a group of three people near a staircase; the chest is close to them.
- Near a stack of wooden boxes, you'll find another treasure chest.
- Behind a destructible blue shield, you can claim your next prize.
- Next to shelves filled with towels, another chest awaits.
- In the long hallway past the Court of Seasons Space Anchor, find another treasure chest.
- Between massage beds in the hot bath section, another chest is hidden.
- Complete a Golden Scapegoat puzzle in the hot bath area to unlock a chest.
- Inside the changing room, you'll find yet another treasure chest.
- In the reception room before the hot bath, locate another chest.
- Catch the Golden Short Spear to reveal a chest.
- In the southeast room next to the reception area, another chest awaits.
- In the shallow pool near Akmonides, you'll find a treasure chest.
- Right next to a stubborn Dromas creature, another chest is waiting.
- Inside the pool, you can find another treasure chest.
- Behind another destructible blue shield, another chest is hidden.
- Complete a puzzle to obtain a chest next to a lounge chair.
- Within the library, find a chest near a low table in an open area.
- In a room near the Hall of Respite anchor, locate another chest.
- Destroy the shield next to the Hall of Respite anchor to reveal a chest.
- Complete another Golden Scapegoat puzzle to find a chest.
- On the balcony of your room, you'll find the final chest on this floor.

After you’ve finished collecting the treasure chests in the bath area of Okhema, move to another part of the city. This area contains slightly fewer treasure chests.
- Next to the front door of a building, you'll find a chest.
- Capture the Golden Short Spear to reveal another chest.
- Complete a Golden Scapegoat puzzle to unlock another treasure.
- Behind two destructible shields, another chest is hidden.
- North of the Chartonus Smithy, you'll find a chest.
- Inside the Chartonus Smithy, locate another treasure chest.
- Right next to the Kephale Plaza space anchor, another chest awaits.
- In the small cargo area next to a talking woman, a chest is hidden.
- In the Dromas stables, you'll find another treasure chest.
- On the west side of the Kephale Plaza space anchor, another chest is waiting.
- Grab the flying Golden Short Spear to reveal another chest.
- Next to a group of three talking people, the final chest in this area is located.

Unlike the first floor, you won’t find as many treasure chests on the second floor of the city of Okhema. Here are all their locations:
- Go up to the Hero’s Bath and find a chest inside a golden fountain.
- Grab the Golden Short Spear to reveal another chest.
- Next to a lounge chair, you'll find another treasure chest.
- Next to a low table, another chest is waiting.

- Go up the rooftops in the Marmoreal Market to find a chest on the northern side of the rooftop area.
- Next to the Hidden Passage point, you'll find the final chest on this floor.
That’s all the treasure chests you can find in the Eternal Holy City Okhema. There are 42 in total, and some will require you to complete a puzzle.
