Game-Breaking Build Triggers Server Lag

Server-stressing damage exploit in Diablo 4

The current Diablo 4 season introduced powerful boss abilities that, when combined strategically, create an infinite damage loop - with the unintended consequence of server performance issues. Popular YouTuber Macrobioboi demonstrated this exploit on May 9th, showing how boss powers and specific Legendary Aspects can annihilate entire enemy groups.

The build utilizes the Vampiric Curse Legendary Aspect to apply permanent Vulnerable status to enemies, then exploits the Flesh Reaper's Disruption boss power's stun effect. Since Vampiric Curse prevents Vulnerable from being removed, the system gets stuck in an infinite calculation loop. Completing the setup with Varshan's Life Steal power creates massive server strain from constant damage calculations.

Visual representation of server-taxing skill effects

As streamer wudijo showcased, the effect produces overwhelming visual clutter with enemies perpetually stunned. "The server needs to process countless simultaneous calculations," he explained. "It's no surprise this setup causes significant lag."

Blizzard hasn't addressed this server-intensive exploit yet, leaving players free to experiment before potential patches.

Berserk Collaboration Pricing Raises Eyebrows

Premium Berserk collaboration items in Diablo 4

Diablo 4's current crossover with legendary manga Berserk introduces themed cosmetics, but their premium cost concerns players. While free items exist through gameplay (including the Hawks Destiny trophy and Skull Knight mount armor), the most desirable character outfits require hefty payments.

The premium Berserk collection includes:

● Berserker Armor (Barbarian) - 2,800 Platinum
● Hawk of Light (Rogue) - 2,800 Platinum
● The Struggler (Rogue) - 2,800 Platinum
● Skull Knight (Necromancer) - 2,800 Platinum
● Schnoz Pet Bundle - 2,800 Platinum
● Warhorse Mount Set - 2,500 Platinum

Diablo 4's Berserk collaboration premium skins

Each premium skin costs approximately $28 - half the base game's price. Acquiring all sets requires purchasing the $150 Platinum bundle (15,000 Platinum with 3,500 bonus Platinum).

This mirrors previous premium collaborations (like the World of Warcraft crossover), suggesting expensive crossovers may become standard. While the cosmetic quality is exceptional, many players hesitate at the premium price point.

Berserk collaboration financial considerations

Diablo 4 remains available on PlayStation 4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
