FestiVILE: New Costumes, PRIDE Event Added to Carmen Sandiego

Carmen Sandiego is on the case, but she hasn't forgotten about the festivities. Gameloft's fresh take on the world-traveling detective kicks off a special Pride month celebration with a new limited-time event.

The event, called FestiVILE: Carnival Crisis, is now live and runs until July 6th. It invites you to a vibrant new mission set in the heart of New Orleans.

What to Expect in the Pride Event for Carmen Sandiego

This time, VILE has targeted the city's main Pride parade, making off with the prized floral float decorations before the party even starts. Carmen jumps into action, racing against the clock to outsmart VILE and rescue the celebration.

By joining the event and finishing the mission, you can earn an exclusive Pride-themed outfit. This special outfit will be locked away after the event ends, only to return next year. Check out the new styles below.

Simultaneously, the main game story progresses with Chapter 4, Part 1 – The Fallen Idol. In this adventure, VILE's newest plot threatens the Great Sphinx of Giza, putting a world-famous landmark in danger.

You'll hunt for clues through Toronto’s Casa Loma and Kensington Market, then journey to the lively Johari Bazaar in Jaipur. Partner with ACME to shut down the operation before the Sphinx is damaged.

A Special Bonus for All Players

As a thank-you for the Wishlist Community Challenge, every player will receive the Beachwear outfit for free.

FestiVILE: Carnival Crisis also introduces gameplay improvements. A new Auto Collect feature gathers facts automatically, and handy pop-up reminders help you stay on top of event objectives. Keep an eye out for the "Secrets to Discover" icon in The ACME Files. If an area looks more festive than usual, you're likely on the right path.
