The Emergence mission in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 marks the campaign's halfway point and is a significant departure from typical gameplay. This guide provides a complete walkthrough.

Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a toxic gas-filled facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a gas mask breakage and subsequent hallucinations. Upon regaining control, locate a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet from a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs, and to a central elevator.

Accessing the Biotechnology Room

Activating the elevator triggers a zombie encounter (hallucination). Eliminate them with your hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). A map points you towards the Yellow card.

Acquiring the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

Follow the map to a yellow staircase leading to the Director's office. Solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room (more zombies!). A mannequin holds the Yellow card, but interacting with it transforms it into an abomination.

Before engaging the abomination, gather armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook from the surrounding area. Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to efficiently eliminate the abomination and its horde. Retrieve the Yellow Card.

Obtaining the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to reach higher levels and access the Administration Facility. Answer the ringing phone; the task involves finding four documents and placing them in the file display area.

While collecting the documents (located on a corner desk, near a round table, on a small central table, and in a cafe), manage the pursuing mannequins by sprinting and using their freeze mechanic. Defeating the resulting Mangler Zombie rewards you with the Green Card.

Securing the Blue Card

Grapple to the Joint Projects Facility. Answer the phone and locate the Blue Card within a glass chamber guarded by a mimic. To defeat the mimic, shoot moving objects to trigger its transformation and eliminate it.

Claiming the Blue Card and Returning to the Security Desk

Proceed to the East Wing, following red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red Card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through a red tunnel, climb ladders, and eliminate zombies to access a blacklight-activated door.

Unlocking the Red Card

Interact with the console to initiate a 25-second timer. Locate and turn three drain switches (one in the starting room, one in the unlocked room, and one accessible via the grappling hook). After draining the water, follow the Mangler's path and defeat it and its zombie horde to obtain the Red Card.

Confronting the Disciple

Insert all four cards into the security desk. Take the elevator to the top floor, fight off any pursuing zombies, and answer the red phone. Engage and defeat the final horde and the Disciple. The mission concludes with a hallucinatory sequence, revealing the events were a shared delusion.
