Ash & Snow is a new match-three from the makers of Isekai Dispatcher, coming soon

If you were with us back in April of last year, you might recall our mention of the quirky strategy RPG, Isekai Dispatcher. Now, the creative minds behind this retro-style 'trapped-in-another-world' game are bringing us something a bit more tranquil and adorable with their new match-three game, Ash & Snow, set to launch on mobile devices on May 15th.

Ash & Snow delivers exactly what you'd expect from a match-three game. You'll be matching colored blocks, striving to clear as many as possible to boost your score, and occasionally utilizing power-ups to clear the board more efficiently and earn extra points.

The real charm of Ash & Snow lies in its two titular mascots: Ash & Snow. These delightful kittens will accompany you throughout your puzzle-solving journey, appearing on the main screen or in the top left corner, watching you as you play.

As a release from an established developer, there's little doubt that Ash & Snow will be well-executed. Yet, in a time when match-three games often come with unique and intriguing twists, the addition of two kittens feels pleasantly simple. Still, the undeniable appeal of feline characters, alongside the recent popularity of capybaras in games, suggests that Ash & Snow could see significant success, especially in the mobile gaming market.
