Uttar Pradesh has taken a significant step forward in enhancing its public health service management through the introduction of eKavach, a Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) app. Developed and rolled out by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, eKavach is specifically designed to support frontline health workers such as ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). The application leverages the power of Argusoft's Open Source and Digital Public Goods (DPG) Certified platform, MEDPlat, to deliver a robust and reliable solution.

eKavach streamlines health service delivery by providing a complete workflow and referral system that covers essential areas such as Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other critical health services. This integration ensures that health workers can manage their tasks efficiently, leading to better health outcomes for the communities they serve.
