**Donkey king: donkey card game (online multiplayer)**

An online multiplayer adaptation of your childhood favorite master card game, Donkey. A variant of the cash card game.

**\*\*\*\*\*\* Objective\*\*\*\*\*\***

The objective of the game is to get rid of all cards as quickly as possible.

**\*\*\*\*\*\* Game play\*\*\*\*\*\***

The gameplay is simple: players compete to discard all their cards and avoid being the last player holding cards, who earns the title "Donkey."

This game uses a standard deck of cards (without jokers), dealt entirely among the players. The goal is to empty your hand completely. The final player remaining with cards loses and becomes the “donkey.” Everyone else wins.

The player holding the Ace of Spades begins by playing that card. Play moves clockwise, requiring each player to follow suit if possible. Players must play one card matching the leading suit if they have one; however, any value within that suit is acceptable.

If all players successfully play a card of the same suit, the round ends and those cards are removed from play (placed in a discard pile). The player who played the highest-ranking card of that suit gains control and may lead with any card from their hand to start the next round.

On his turn, if a player cannot follow the leading suit, they may play any other card. Play stops immediately, and the player who led the highest card of the original suit must collect all cards played in that round (all cards of the leading suit plus the off-suit stopper) into their hand. This player now leads and can start the next round with any card.

Play continues until only one player holds cards. That person is the Donkey and loses; everyone else wins.
