Hitting the purple zone significantly boosts your character's strength, accelerating weightlifting progress. Keep an eye on the man's training activity and avoid letting the needle stop in the red zone, which signals weak health or insufficient strength for lifting weights. Although the purple zones are small, covering only about 5% of the total area, aligning correctly can boost your character's power for an extended period, yielding 3 to 5 times the usual experience points.

With each level, you'll notice your character becoming more muscular, with visibly enhanced muscles capable of lifting heavier weights. The heavier the weights lifted, the faster your character's muscle-building ability progresses.
