Initially launched to streamline relief efforts, Tawakkalna facilitated the electronic issuance of permits during the "Curfew Period." This service was crucial for both government and private-sector employees, as well as individuals, helping to minimize the spread of the virus by ensuring only necessary movement.

As the situation evolved into the "Return with Caution" phase, the app expanded its offerings to support a safer re-entry into normal life. One of the key features introduced was the ability to display users' health status via color-coded indicators, ensuring the highest standards of security and privacy. This initiative has played a significant role in managing public health and safety during the ongoing efforts to combat COVID-19.
