In this game, each player starts with 8 cards. The remaining cards form the "Draw Pile," and the top card is flipped to begin the "Discard Pile."

On your turn, you must discard a card that matches the top card's color, number, or power. If you can't play, you must draw from the Draw Pile. Then, play passes to the next player.

Stacking Rule: +2 and +2 wild power cards can be stacked to increase the penalty for the next player. Note: You cannot play a +2 on a +2 wild card.

The first player to play all their cards wins the round. The game concludes when a player reaches the target score.
