Stray Cat Falling: A Purrfectly Physics-Based Puzzle Game
Stray Cat Falling, a new mobile puzzle game from Suika, is now available on Android and iOS. This game features adorable, blob-like cats and challenging physics-based gameplay. Suika's unique puzzle style, popularized by their namesake game, takes center stage here.
The core gameplay is reminiscent of Tetris or match-3 games. Players drop colorful cat-shaped objects, aiming to match them to create larger, higher-scoring objects. Strategic cascading is key to maximizing points while preventing an overflow.
Unlike many Suika-inspired clones, Stray Cat Falling significantly enhances the formula. The physics engine plays a more prominent role, introducing obstacles that the wobbly cats can get stuck on, adding a layer of strategic depth.
A Cat-tastic Challenge
Stray Cat Falling quickly captivated our team. However, it's currently only available in Japan and the US. If you're outside these regions, you'll need to keep an eye out for a wider release.
