Disney Dreamlight Valley's Storybook Vale expansion introduces a plethora of new ingredients, some more elusive than others. Mussels, a type of seafood described as a surprisingly effective water filter, are a prime example. This guide will help you locate these sometimes-elusive mollusks.

Mussel Locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Mussels are found on the ground throughout Mythopia, specifically within these areas:

• The Elysian Fields
• The Fiery Plains
• The Statue's Shadow
• Mount Olympus

While some players report easily finding Mussels in these locations, others find them sparsely distributed. One potential hotspot is near trial areas, such as the first trial in the Elysian Fields (Hades' quest area). Additionally, a cluster of Mussels can be found behind a hidden bush area in the Elysian Fields, revealed during Hades' "A Moth to a Flame" quest. Unlocking this area may increase Mussel spawns across Mythopia.

Utilizing Mussels

Unlike some other Storybook Vale seafood, Mussels aren't used in crafting. Their culinary applications include:
