At the end of each Marvel Rivals season, your Competitive rank decreases by seven tiers. For example, a Diamond I player would reset to Gold II. Bronze III is the lowest rank; players ending the season at Bronze or Silver will begin at Bronze III the following season.
When the Rank Reset Occurs
The rank reset happens at the season's end. Season 1, starting January 10th (at the time of writing), is when the first reset is expected.
All Ranks in Marvel Rivals
Competitive mode unlocks at player level 10. You earn points to advance through tiers; every 100 points earns a tier promotion.
Here's the complete rank structure:
Bronze (III-I) Silver (III-I) Gold (III-I) Platinum (III-I) Diamond (III-I) Grandmaster (III-I) Eternity One Above All Even after reaching Grandmaster I, you can continue playing to earn points and achieve Eternity and One Above All ranks. One Above All requires a top 500 leaderboard position.
How Long Do Seasons Last in Marvel Rivals?
While Season 0 was short, future seasons are expected to last approximately three months. New seasons will introduce new heroes (like the Fantastic Four), maps, and extended opportunities for rank advancement.
