To hatch Luma Eggs, you'll need to construct Luma Incubators. The blueprint for this essential item is available at Balthazar’s shop stall, located just inside the town to the left of the entrance. You can purchase the drawing for 500 coins. After obtaining the blueprint, you'll need to gather the following materials to craft the incubator:
