Genshin Impact 5.5 "Day of the Flame

Genshin Impact is set to ignite excitement with its upcoming Version 5.5 update, "Day of the Flame's Return," launching on March 26th. This update promises to intensify the Natlan region with a host of new features and content that will enhance both the storyline and gameplay experience.

One of the most anticipated additions is the introduction of controller support for Android devices, a feature that many players have been eagerly awaiting. You can find more details on the supported controllers here, ensuring you're ready to dive in once the update goes live.

What Does Genshin Impact Version 5.5 Have in Store?

Prepare to explore the southwestern part of Natlan, where you'll encounter a new tribe, a colossal volcano, and fresh characters. The Great Volcano of Tollan is not just a scenic backdrop but a place filled with ancient secrets and a long-dormant sacred city. As you navigate the magma-filled depths, you'll unravel the mysteries of the "Flamelord's Blessing" and the enigmatic Little One, all while meeting the Collective of Plenty, a tribe that celebrates strength and fitness as a way of life.

Version 5.5 introduces two new playable characters to the roster: Varesa and Iansan. Varesa, a 5-star Electro Catalyst user, brings a unique support role by restoring Phlogiston after consuming food, enhancing your team's capabilities outside of battle. Iansan, a 4-star Electro Polearm wielder and one of Natlan's six heroes, offers a blend of offensive and supportive abilities. When a teammate triggers a Nightsoul Burst, she gains the Warming Up effect, allowing her to provide continuous healing.

The first phase of Version 5.5's Event Wishes will feature Varesa and Iansan, alongside a rerun of Xianyun, followed by reruns for Xilonen and Venti. Check out the exciting additions below.

The Bloomflower Trials Are Making a Comeback

In this update, you'll team up with Mavuika, Ifa, and other Natlan allies to aid a sick Saurian. Engage in the "Saurian Treasure Seeker" mini-game, where you'll guide baby Saurians through obstacles to collect treasures. By participating in this event, you'll have the chance to invite Ororon to your team for free.

For those seeking a challenge, a new boss, the Lava Dragon Statue, awaits in the volcanic fissures. You can download Genshin Impact from the Google Play Store and immerse yourself in this expansive update as soon as it's available.
