City Football Manager: Lead Your City to Glory! (Multiplayer)

Welcome to City Football Manager (CFM), a dynamic multiplayer football management game where you take the helm of your city's football team and compete against other managers from around the world—or against bots if a team lacks a human manager.

Gameplay Overview

In CFM, matches are automatically played on our servers according to a predetermined schedule. Our sophisticated game engine simulates each match, taking into account your chosen team strategy and the individual attributes—over 40 different qualities—for each player. This ensures a realistic and engaging football experience.

Leagues and Tournaments

Currently, CFM features teams from 32 countries, including England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and more. Each country's championship is structured into four divisions. At the end of each season, the top three teams from Divisions 2, 3, and 4 are promoted, while the bottom three teams from Divisions 1, 2, and 3 are relegated.

In addition to league play, each country hosts a national cup tournament, where all teams compete in a knockout format. The cream of the crop from each country also gets to participate in two prestigious international tournaments:

• Cup of Cups: Reserved for the finalists of each country's national cup.
• Cup of Champions: The ultimate prize, where only the top two teams from the premier division of each country can compete.

Team Management

As a manager, you'll start with 19 players, with 11 selected by default to play. You have the flexibility to adjust their positions or swap players in and out of the starting lineup. Success on the pitch translates to more fans attending your matches, boosting your team's revenue. Use these funds to upgrade your stadium and enhance your team's facilities.

Player Development and Transfers

Engage in the transfer market to buy and sell players, coaches, scouts, and physios. If you're focused on nurturing young talent, invest in building and upgrading your academy, which will produce two promising youths at the end of each season.

Facilities such as the fitness center, training grounds, and theory center are crucial for player development, while the physio center ensures quicker recovery from injuries. In the training section, assign players to sessions and select specific training types, with higher-level coaches accelerating skill improvement. Be mindful of your players' condition to avoid overtraining, which can lead to exhaustion and injuries.
