1. What if I forgot my password?

If you have a security email set up, you'll see a "Forgot Password" option after entering the wrong password. Follow the prompts to reset it. If you don't have a security email but have backed up your data to the cloud, you can recover your data by reinstalling Vault.

2. How do I enter Vault in stealth mode?

To access Vault in stealth mode, either add the Vault widget to your home screen and enter your password, or download "NQ Calculator" from Google Play, open it, and enter your password followed by "=".

3. Why are my photos/videos lost?

Some cleaning or storage apps may mistakenly delete Vault's data folder. Avoid selecting Vault's data folder (mnt/sdcard/SystemAndroid) for deletion when using such apps. Additionally, use the "Cloud Backup" feature on Vault's premium page to protect your media.
