UNO Star program is a Customer Engagement Program which digitally connect the Retailers, Mechanics & Consumers of UNO Minda under a single platform.

Enrollment Process

Customer can register themselves through the app or with the support of UNO Minda representatives and will be subjected to approval by the UNO Minda team as per T&C’s and the customer enrolment process is complete only after the approvals.

App Usage

The app can be used by any successfully enrolled UNO Minda Customers like Mechanics, Retailers & End Consumers and shall avail the benefits that are designed as per the customer category.

Retailers:

• Retailers can submit ‘Retailer Loyalty Coupons’ and can view E-Catalogue, register Mechanics, redeem Mechanic Points on behalf of their mechanics and also place order using the 'UNO Star' App

Benefits for Mechanics

Mechanics:

• It provide loyalty benefits to mechanics, they can redeem coupon points through selected products of UNO Minda which bears the UNO Star coupon and along with that they can also view E-Catalogue .

Consumers:

• Consumers can browse E-Catalogue through the App and get to know about the UNO Minda products and can search spare parts for their vehicle basis the type & OEM category.
