Thunee, named after the Tamil word for water, is a widely enjoyed trick-taking card game that originated in Durban, South Africa. It draws its roots from the game 304, which is popular in India and Sri Lanka. Whether you're playing in Single Player or Multiplayer mode, this app promises the most authentic Thunee gaming experience you can find.

Note: For the optimal gaming experience and to upload or update your scores (wins), an internet connection is necessary.

In Multiplayer mode, you have the option to invite someone to be your partner or challenge them to a game. Invitations are easily sent through push notifications or WhatsApp messages. The app keeps track of the results and statistics of games played with friends, displaying them on a dedicated statistics page. It's the perfect way to show off who's the top player in your group.

For beginners, the Easy difficulty setting offers assistance and in-game narration to help you learn the ropes of Thunee.

The app is highly customizable through its settings/options, allowing you to tailor the game to your preferred play style. Here are some of the customization options available:

• Difficulty Levels: Choose between Hard, Medium, or Easy.
• Score Assistance: For Medium and Easy levels, get real-time scores and trick/hand values as they are completed.
• Bidding Options: Decide when you want to be prompted to bid—either all the time or only when you have three or more cards of the same suit or J9.
• Early Win/Loss: The app can offer an early win or loss if you or your opponents have scored more than the required amount (this option is on by default).
• Early Victory Claims: You can claim victory early, including Double and Khanuck claims.
• Trick Clearance: Adjust the time it takes to clear a trick (hand), or opt to clear it manually by clicking on the trick. The default time is set to 1 second, but you can clear it earlier if you prefer.
• Audio Features: Enjoy vocal sounds for bidding, calling Jodhi, and more.
• Visual Customization: Change the game's background or select your own color with a vignette effect. You can also switch between different card packs.
• Royals Option: Choose to play with Royals, where the value of cards is reversed (e.g., Queens become Jacks, Kings become Nines, etc.).
