Squadron Formations Added to Wings of Heroes

Wings of Heroes has released a new update introducing the Formations feature, significantly enhancing player cooperation. This update also includes additional events and gameplay elements. Read on for all the details.

What is the Formations Feature in Wings of Heroes?

This feature allows squadron members to select a specific wingman and join battles as a coordinated unit. It enhances the existing squadron system by enabling players to send direct invitations to teammates to fly together.

Each invitation is active for a limited duration. Once accepted, the two pilots can fight side-by-side, share triumphs, and strengthen their camaraderie through tactical teamwork.

Formations enrich the game's social dynamics, promoting longer play sessions and closer player bonds. This addition was highly requested by the community.

The game continues to evolve in other areas. Recently, developers introduced the Total Defense PvE mode, offering a cooperative challenge alongside competitive gameplay.

Earlier this year, pilot avatars were added for personalization. Earned through events, competitions, and rewards, these avatars let players display their accomplishments and establish a unique in-game identity.

Starting tomorrow, relive Operation Market Garden through redesigned historic battles with new rewards. This immersive event allows you to participate in pivotal confrontations and earn thematic skins and valuable in-game items.
