Gaijin Entertainment's upcoming War Thunder update, "Firebirds," promises a thrilling array of new military aviation assets, arriving in early November. This substantial update introduces iconic aircraft and significant additions to ground and naval forces.

New Aircraft in War Thunder's Firebirds Update:

The update boasts a diverse selection of aircraft, including the groundbreaking American F-117A Nighthawk stealth attack aircraft. This marks War Thunder's first inclusion of stealth technology, showcasing the F-117's unique design—sharp angles and radar-absorbing materials—designed to evade radar and infrared detection. Its operational history, notably its impressive performance in Operation Desert Storm with over 1,200 sorties without loss, underscores its significance.

Another key addition is the powerful Russian Su-34 fighter-bomber, alongside the formidable American F-15E Strike Eagle. The F-15E, a significant upgrade, boasts a 50% larger payload capacity than its predecessor. Its ground target detection radar enhances its capabilities, and its arsenal includes a wide range of weaponry, from AGM-65 Maverick missiles and laser-guided bombs to JDAMs and the GBU-39 satellite-guided bombs (with a capacity of 20 at once).
