Tiny Pokémon Take Center Stage in Pokémon Go Event

The Pokémon Go "Small Yet Strong" event is almost here! From February 5th to 8th, trainers will have increased odds of encountering extra-small (XXS) and extra-large (XXL) Pokémon. This event also marks the debut of Shiny Nymble!

This event offers double XP for catching Pokémon, boosting your progress. Expect heightened wild encounters with XXS/XXL Pokémon, including the debut of Shiny Nymble. Keep an eye out for regional variations of Flabébé (Red Flower in EMEA, Blue Flower in Asia-Pacific, Yellow Flower in the Americas, with rare White and Orange Flower variants possible globally).

Increased wild spawns include Paras, Natu, Joltik, and various Burmy forms. Five-Star Raids feature Dialga and Enamorus (Incarnate Forme), while Mega Raids spotlight Mega Medicham and Mega Tyranitar. Shiny Pokémon might appear in both raids and wild encounters.

Two-kilometer Eggs will hatch Togepi, Azurill, Budew, and Dedenne. Field Research tasks reward encounters with Burmy and Nymble. Timed Research and a Collection Challenge offer Stardust, Poké Balls, and more event Pokémon encounters. Finally, PokéStops will showcase event Pokémon.
