Pokemon Go launches stamp rally for the first time outside Japan during global City Safari events

With the current Go Pass running until October 7th, you might think you’re already busy this month—but with Pokémon Go, there’s always something thrilling just around the corner, isn’t there? This time, you can explore your favorite landmarks through the new GO Stamp Rallies. What’s especially exciting? This marks the first time fans outside Japan can join in, as the Pokémon Go City Safari events come to Amsterdam, Bangkok, Cancún, Valencia, and Vancouver.

I’ve always loved stamp rallies, and this one’s the perfect chance for Trainers to get out and explore their host cities while earning in-game stamps along the way.

So, how do you start the stamp rally? If you’re attending a City Safari event, simply enter the citywide gameplay area. Then, approach any PokéStop included in the City Safari stamp rally, and your stamp sheet will appear!

To collect each stamp, spin the Photo Disc at the PokéStop. The longer you hold, the more the stamp’s design may change—but it’ll always show the PokéStop’s name and the date it was stamped. Pretty neat, right?

You can earn up to eight stamps during your City Safari adventure—and yes, every stamp unlocks an encounter with Eevee wearing a cute explorer hat.
