"Clue Mobile Now Features 2016 Suspects"

Marmalade Game Studio has thrilled fans of the classic murder-mystery game Clue, also known as Cluedo, by releasing the 2016 Suspects Pack for its digital version. If you're a fan of this timeless game, you'll be excited to dive back into the world of intrigue with some of the iconic characters from the 2016 edition.

Who Are the 2016 Clue aka Cluedo Suspects?

The pack features beloved characters such as Miss Scarlet, Colonel Mustard, Reverend Green, Professor Plum, Dr. Orchid, and Mrs. Peacock. This new addition allows you to immerse yourself in any scenario you desire, without being bound to specific crime scenes or case files. You have the freedom to choose your nostalgic favorite and mix them with the newer 2023 cast for a unique gameplay experience.

The fanbase has been vocal about their desire to see these characters return, especially with the introduction of the more modern 2023 characters. It's great to see Marmalade Game Studio responding to the community's feedback by bringing back these cherished suspects.

There’s More Coming to the Game!

In addition to the 2016 Suspects Pack, Clue aka Cluedo is introducing a new game mode called the Retro Rules Set. This mode, which is available for free, takes you back to the original 1949 rules, offering a nostalgic twist to your gameplay. The Retro Rules Set reintroduces classic mechanics that alter how you move and make accusations. For instance, tokens start at designated spots on the board, and Miss Scarlet always makes the first move—unless she's absent, in which case Colonel Mustard takes the lead.

In this mode, you must be in a room to make an accusation, and Clue Cards are omitted entirely. Additionally, you cannot move through squares occupied by other players, adding a strategic layer to the game.

Be sure to check out the updated game on the Google Play Store to experience these exciting new additions.
