Honkai: Star Rail's "Eternal Holy City" Okhema: A Comprehensive Treasure Guide

Okhema, the first area unlocked in Amphoreus, comprises Kephale Plaza and Marmoreal Palace. Following the Trailblaze Mission, players arrive here after a train incident, aided by Phainon. This guide details the location of all treasures within Okhema.

Okhema boasts a wealth of loot: 33 Treasure Chests, 4 Golden Short Spears, 3 Spirithiefs, and 4 Golden Scapegoats. Herta's Technique highlights chests, while Topaz's Numby provides proximity alerts. Blue markers indicate Golden Short Spears, purple denotes Spirithiefs, and yellow signifies Golden Scapegoats.

Kephale Plaza & Surrounding Areas:

1. North of the Path of Parting Space Anchor, east of the open area.
2. Past the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor, to the east, near a rest area.
3. Southeast of #2, near a breakable shield with a spear; activate the spear's rewind mechanism.
4. Adjacent to the Kephale Plaza Space Anchor.
5. North of #4, in a small hallway, near crates.
6. Further north in the hallway, west of the plaza, near a dinosaur.
7. East of the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor, inside Chartonus Smithy.
8. North of #7, at the end of the road.
9. Far west of the Marmoreal Market Space Anchor, behind two breakable shields.
10. Beside #9, solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
11. North of the Marmoreal Market, climb the right-side steps.
12. Opposite #11, break the shield, activate the spear, and follow it to the second floor.
13. East of the ritual fountain (from #12), on the rooftop; a Spirithief will appear. Use Oronyx's rewind ability.
14. South of #13, at the end of the road.
15. Northwest of #14, the final rooftop chest.

17. East of #16, solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.

20. Northeast of #19, in another bathing area, beside a long table.
21. North of #20, inside a room with a bard.
22. Beside the Hall of Respite Space Anchor.
23. Opposite #22, solve the Golden Scapegoat puzzle.
24. In the private chamber beside #23, at the end of the balcony (Spirithief chest).
