BrownDust 2 unveils new Beauty on Duty summer event and Anime NYC! appearance

BrownDust 2 is bringing back its summer event with Beauty on Duty.
It features returning costumes from past events and two brand-new outfits for Sylvia and Rubia.
There’s also a fresh rhythm mini-game and a major presence at Anime NYC!, happening soon.

If you’re a BrownDust 2 fan worried about having nothing to do this weekend, you’re in luck—Neowiz has launched a fresh summer event called Beauty on Duty, packed with activities to keep you busy all day.

Following last year’s Beachside Angels event, Beauty on Duty brings back the Bikini Contest, as you’d expect. But there’s more going on: you’ll team up with Schera, Teresse, and Rubia to solve a mafia-themed mystery during the event.

Two characters will debut exclusive summer costumes—Bikini Agent Sylvia and Maid Bikini Rubia—alongside returning outfits from previous years. Don’t miss the rewards, which include the Flame of Hela jewel as the top prize.

Summertime

If you think you’ve got rhythm, now’s your chance to prove it. A new rhythm mini-game lets you earn points by tapping notes in sync with the music—all while rescuing characters trapped behind walls. The more precise your timing, the more points you’ll earn for the event.

If you’re heading to Anime NYC! from August 21st to 24th, make sure to visit the BrownDust 2 booth. Attendees can pick up a special lanyard, enjoy pop quiz challenges, win prizes, and meet guest cosplayers.
