Visit Sharess' Caress in Act III:

To encounter and romance Naoise, you'll need to progress into the early stages of Act III. As you journey towards Baldur's Gate, you'll pass through Wyrm's Crossing. Your initial visit to this area will require a meeting with Raphael at Sharess' Caress, a local brothel situated along the eastern side of the bridge leading into Baldur's Gate.

For those who've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, utilize the South Span of Wyrm's Crossing fast-travel point, which will transport you directly to the front porch of Sharess' Caress.

Look for Nymph's Grotto:

Naoise awaits in the Nymph's Grotto, a secluded chamber on the second floor, accessible just after stepping through the door to the exterior. You'll recognize the correct entrance by its distinctive green light and ivy-covered walls. The door is locked but can be easily unlocked with a lock-picking roll of 10 or higher.

Interact with Naoise:

Upon entering, approach the bed where you'll find Naoise engaged in an intimate moment with Jara, a Flaming Heart soldier. Your interruption will not be welcomed by Jara, but as she begins to address you, a psychic connection between your tadpoles triggers. Jara confronts you about this, leading to a series of dialogue choices. We recommend selecting:

Jara then mentions the Absolute and transforms into a Mindflayer, which you must defeat. Once Jara is vanquished, Naoise's attention shifts to you, revealing her fascination and attraction to Mindflayers. Choose:

• "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset."

An Insight check will indicate Naoise is now in the mood for romance. This encounter, however, will be unlike any other. Continue with:
