The app includes a built-in digital version of the traditional paper Mushaf and Tafsir, allowing offline access for uninterrupted reading. It features an advanced index system that organizes the Quran into parts and Suras, with the added convenience of searchable indexes.
Mushaf provides multiple versions of the Quran, including Mushaf Al-Madina, Mushaf Al-Tajweed (colored according to Tajweed rules), and Mushaf Warsh (Rewayat Warsh An-Nafei'). Users can enjoy gapless audio playback with recitations by renowned reciters, covering Rewayat Hafs, Warsh, and Qaloon.
Search functionality extends throughout the entire Quran text or within specific Suras. Sharing options include Quran text or images. The app offers Arabic Tafsir (Commentary) from esteemed sources such as Al-Saa'di, Ibn-Katheer, Al-Baghawy, Al-Qortoby, Al-Tabary, and Al-Waseet. Additionally, text translations of the Quran's meanings are available in English and French.
Further enhancing the learning experience, Mushaf includes E'rab (Grammar) of the Quran by Qasim Da'aas, a split-screen feature for simultaneous viewing of the Quran and Tafsir, and easy navigation options like page switching with swipe or volume buttons. Users can save pages or verses as bookmarks effortlessly with a swipe of the bookmark handle.
Additional user-friendly features include an always-on screen during reading, night mode, customizable font size for text conversion of the Quran, and synchronization between recitation and the Aya's position on the page, with the Aya being highlighted as it is recited. The app allows for verse repetition, continuous audio playback even when the app is closed, and an audio controller accessible from the notification bar.
