Note on Android 8/9 Location Permissions

* Due to Android 8.0+ requirements, FX requests "approximate location" only when using Wi-Fi Direct (via FX Connect), as the system mandates it for such features. We do not track or query your location. This applies to Android 8.0 and later, following latest API guidelines.
