Introducing Rent Ready Flutter Technology A1, an innovative app designed, developed, and deployed to streamline the assessment of rent-ready spaces. Now accessible on both web and mobile platforms across all devices, Rent Ready revolutionizes the way you enjoy and pay for flexible workspaces.

How Does It Work?

Using Rent Ready is as easy as 1-2-3:

1. Download the App: Start by downloading the Rent Ready app from your app store.

2. Scan the QR Code: Upon entering the workspace, simply scan the provided QR code.

3. Enjoy the Space: That's it! You're now free to make the most of the workspace and its amenities.

Once inside, you can enjoy a range of facilities including high-speed WiFi, private phone booths, printers, lockers, and meeting rooms. Additionally, indulge in unlimited barista-made drinks from our Espresso Bar, featuring specialty coffee beans from 'Kiss the Hippo Coffee'—London's first carbon-negative coffee company. Don't forget the unlimited fruits and artisan pastries to keep you fueled throughout your day.

When you're ready to leave, whether it's after a quick 30-minute session or a full 12-hour workday, simply scan the QR code to exit. Your payment will be processed automatically at the end of your session.

How Much Does It Cost?

With Rent Ready, you pay only for the time you spend inside the space:

1. General Space: £9.20 per hour (or 15p per minute), with a daily cap of £54. All prices include VAT.

2. Meeting Room: Available for up to 6 people at £60 per hour (including VAT), bookable in 30-minute slots directly through the app.

Our inaugural location is in the heart of South Kensington, just a 2-minute walk from the tube station at 29 Harrington Road, London, SW7 3HQ. Keep an eye out for more locations opening soon across the UK.
