You stand in a dim, decaying theater beneath a flickering chandelier. The air reeks of gunpowder and sulfur. Before you, a cracked mirror reflects a grinning demon wearing a ruffled coat and holding a rusted double-barreled shotgun.

The rules are simple. The stakes are eternal.

🎯 Objective
Defeat the Demon in three brutal rounds of Buckshot Roulette.

• Win two rounds to claim victory.
• Survive all three rounds with at least 1 life remaining.
• Lose all lives? Your soul is his.

⚡ Core Mechanics

• The shotgun has 2 chambers.
• Each chamber holds either Buckshot (B) or Blank (L).
• The demon loads randomly, but his patterns are not random—he learns.
• You and the demon take turns firing.
• Each shot reveals a chamber’s content.
• After each shot, the gun rotates to the next chamber.
• The game proceeds round by round, with increasing stakes.

💡 Pro Tip: Combine Inverter + Magnifying Glass to force a blank into a live chamber… and make the demon pull the trigger on his own doom.

🛡️ Lives Per Round (Cap: 4)

• Round 1: 2 lives
• Round 2: 3 lives
• Round 3: 4 lives (maximum)

🎯 Survive to Round 3 with 1 life? That’s when the real horror begins.

🕵️ Decipher the Dealer’s Strategy (New V1.6.0 Feature)
The demon is not random. He follows hidden psychological patterns:

• If you use the Magnifying Glass twice in a row, he deliberately loads a blank in the chamber you’re about to reveal.
• If you use Inverter on a live shell, he pauses, then smiles. He knows you’re bluffing.
• After you use Cigarettes, he often fires a blank… to test your nerve.
• After you use Drink to eject a shell, he reloads the gun with a live shell in the chamber you just cleared. He’s watching.

🔥 Secret: The demon cannot use items. He relies on pattern deception. Use his predictability against him.

🎲 Round Flow

1. Demon loads the shotgun. 2 chambers. Random B/L.
2. You choose an item to use (only one per turn).
3. Demon takes his turn (AI will react to your item choice).
4. You fire.
5. Each shot reveals a chamber.
6. If you hit a live shell, the demon takes a life.
7. If you hit a blank, you survive — but the gun rotates to the next chamber.
8. Game ends when one player reaches 0 lives.

🏆 Victory Conditions

• Win 2 out of 3 rounds → You win
• Survive Round 3 with 1+ life → Unlock the Final Secret: "The Truth Behind the Chamber"
• Beat the demon in all 3 rounds → Unlock "Soulbound" Ending (story reveal)

💀 Endings (Unlockable)

• "Crimson Gamble" – You survive, but the demon whispers: "You played well... but you were always mine."
• "Echo of the Gun" – You win, but the mirror cracks… and a new player steps forward.
• "Soulbound" (Secret) – You use the Inverter on the last chamber, then reveal it with the Magnifying Glass… and the demon collapses, screaming. The gun fires by itself. You are now the Dealer.

🧩 Strategy Guide (Expert Mode)

1. Round 1: Start with Magnifying Glass. Test the pattern.
2. If the first shell is blank, do not use Drink to eject it. Wait. The demon may want you to.
3. Use Inverter only on a live shell when you know it’s live (via Magnifying Glass).
4. Handcuffs are best used just before a critical shot, to stop him from firing on a live chamber.
5. Expired Medicine – Save for Round 3, when you’re at 1 life. It’s a gamble… but survival is a gamble too.
